We aim to describe ToniFlex sizes, materials, and pricing accurately. Photos and copy are illustrative; small handmade or batch differences can occur.
Availability may change. If an item cannot be fulfilled after you order, we will contact you and arrange a refund or alternative.
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change without notice before you place an order. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay for the goods, plus any selected shipping fee.
Submitting checkout details is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it and/or payment succeeds through our payment provider.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details may require extra shipping charges.
We ship within Malaysia using courier options shown at checkout after you enter a valid postcode. Delivery estimates are guidance only and may vary by courier and location.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the courier delivers to the address you provided (or according to the courier’s delivery rules).
Payment is processed by Billplz or another provider we designate. Orders unpaid or cancelled by the payment provider may be cancelled automatically.
You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.
Site content, branding, ToniFlex product names, and imagery belong to Tonya Twins or their licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
To the fullest extent allowed by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
